One thing i have observed in Nigeria's political sphere is the sentiments attached by the populace to the eloquence or strong command of english language by politicians.
Once a politician tows this line, he is approved by majority of the teaming youths.
This unfortunately is an ugly trend as we keep falling for such sentiments, yes oratory is good but beyond that we should look at substance, we should be able to detect intelligence, capability and focus from those words and not just applaud the combination of those words even though sometimes they dont make sense. The future and the power to influence its outcome has been handed to us by virtue of social media. Lets use it wisely!!!

is it not better than those ones that cannot read the speeches written for them. better quality ppl will eventually lead to better quality leadership. eventually
