A major distributor for PZ Cussons is looking for candidates to fill the position of Van Sales Representative

Minimum Qualification: S.S.C.E
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: 2 years

Responsibilities:

To achieve direct load out and redistribution of stocks from warehouse to retail outlets within assigned routes

To achieve effective coverage of retail outlets within assigned routes

To establish, maintain and expand your outlet base by continually recruiting new outlets weekly

Requirements

Candidate must possess the following:

Basic communication skills (verbal, written and presentation
Basic arithmetic skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain your enthusiasm and energy on the job is essential

VSRs are needed to work directly with a top FMCG company distributor in Bariga area to promote the sales of popular products in the homecare, personal care, and Nutrition categories.

Represent the distributor of the FMCG company brands in LAGOS (Bariga, Oworonshoki, Gbagada, Magodo, Yaba, e.t.c) market to increase distribution of its products.

Make sales calls on potential accounts for wider distribution.

Make sales calls at existing accounts with the goal of gaining more sales.

Make account visitations at existing accounts to build a closer relationship between the account and our client’s distributors.

Ensure achievement of basic sales drive within assigned territory/outlets

Ensure daily and accurate account reconciliation to the FMCG's distributor

Ensure effective coverage of assigned territory

The salary is 40,000 while you could earn incentives as high as 100,000 monthly subject to performance.
