In terms of durability and reliability which is better between interlock paving stone and stamped concrete? Any pointers would be appreciated.

If you can afford concrete stamp pls go for it
Cus while interlock is good concrete stamp is better
Interlock is hard to maintain cus it grows weeds very easily due to the sand in between the stones and if any of the stones unlocks and gets out its easy for the rest to follow up and soon the place will become a mess. But such is never the case with Concrete stamp though it may grow weed if not maintained for long but its far better than interlock.

My tiler finished with the tilling yesterday and told me the tile was complete to 160m² as he(Raphael) said it would. Please pardon my ignorance.You have earned my trust and as I told you when I came to your place am into real estate development now,so I promise you that whenever I need tiles and all you sell,I will always call for you delivery. Raphael I hope you truly forgive.

Thanks to all that contributed in one way or the other to resolving this misunderstanding .

The maths is pretty straight forward.

Is the cost calculated per carton or per msq ?

If cost was calculated per m² and the total number of supplied tiles match the given area 160m² , i don't see where the confusion is.

Small advice bros, stop flouting the No advert rule. It leaves a bad taste.

I think am beginning to understand his maths. However,have told my tiler to look into it and if I eventually happen to be wrong I will tender my due and sincere appologies.

Hi Great professionals.
My name is Johnson,sometimes ago I spoke with Thathistoryguy on this thread that sells tiles in Lagos.So he gave me his contact cus I needed some tiles for my housing projects,I contacted him and we chatted on WhatsApp, after he showed me some samples of the tiles I needed I went over to his place in Odun-Ade to do business with him.
When I got there he attended to me warmly, I must say he's good . To cut the story short I bought goods worth over 3million from him mostly tiles and promised to come back for WC and sanitary wares which he sells too.
Now where the problem came in is,during the time I was in his showroom there is this 60x60 Spanish tiles I bought 160m² he told me it will be totalled 111cartons but to my amazement when my engineer brought it to the site the next day it was 109.3cartons.
I have been talking to him since and he's making calculations I don't understand.

Pls I meet him here and I believe you guys can talk to him cus I need the remaining 2cartons or so.
