Your Resume is Impressive. But then, you shouldnt have used up all the money you got to run your Ican programme. With your 2.1 you are still good to go! What most firm emphasize on this days is 2.1, and max 26 or 27 in rare cases. Ican or other professional courses is inconsequential. Except you're going for an experience Higher. You would have used your Allowee for upkeep and going for job test or interview till you get fixed up! Worst thing that will happen is for you to get an Interview invite with no Tfare!! Will advise you print up to 100 copies of your cv drop unsolicited applications to firms on the Island, churches friends you will surely get something to do! This method works faster than online application. ICSL is recruiting presently for bank tellers! Visit their office on thursday morning by 7am with all your Original credentials you'll be tested and interviewed same day. Just do this with leap of faith! And God will see you through.

ICS Limited is a recruitment company which means they work based on what their clients want. The process you went through is to prepare you should they have a request that meets your qualification. It is not only about qualification, it is about what the client needs.

So please, should you need any clarifications, I would encourage you to call their contact details or bring your complaint in person. I believe they have an open door policy.

Thank you for the kind response! Unlike the other empty Head that jumped into my mention to attack me. Truth is they're one of the most reputable recruitment Agency i know and that was the reason i gave them the benefit of the doubt when they called me for a Job Opening which i was well qualified based on the Job description. But got mad at them after going through their rigorous process of documentation within 72hrs to provide strong Guarantors. After all that, i never got any follow up call from them! Who will it be that would be happy? It got to a point my guarantors were already congratulating me that i've gotten the Job for them to have Requested for such High profile personalities as Guarantors. After much more, i moved on until i got a reasonable Job with a Multinational firm to the Glory of God. So my post wasnt really directed at discouraging people as that guy wrongly opined. Was only sharing my personal experience with folks in here and also not to put all your Hope in them. JUst apply, and move on!! Thats all! If they call you fine! thats just the point i tried to make before someone from no where started the attack on me.

STOP DISCOURAGING OTHERS FROM APPLYING. I have 8 relationships that have benefited from ICS Limited. Three of them started off on entry level positions (while I was still in 400 level) but today they are earning six figure salaries. Another two worked as bank tellers for a while. They proved themselves competent enough and presently they are permanent staff with those banks. ICS has one of the best and credible recruitment process.

If you're applying for any Job Role with this people, dont put all your hope on them! They're bunch of Huge Dissapointment. I remember how i was invited for their Aptitude Test, wrote and passed! And was also successful in the Interview stage and subsequently got a call for Documentation as i type, never heard from them for the past 2yrs plus !! Although i got informed that they give more preference to OND and HND Holders! Well, thats by the way! The good thing is one is meaningfully employed now.
