Nope, the offer most people posted here is for the JG4 finance advisor role. More people are going to be offered the Analyst and Senior Analyst(JG5) role. Unfortunately, no one has showed us what they got for that.
By the way, the monthly net is just 1.1m thats lesser than the 2.2m+ most people are expecting. And the Analysts roles probably will get half of the JG4 offers.

Please let`s say what we know. Please note the following. Some people have been given offers and have concluded medicals, awaiting offer letter. I know a few folks. SNBO recruitment of 2019 was not scrapped. They employed people. Some were placed on standby and were called up in batches. Some of people that passed the final interview only received regret mails just before the commencement of the current recruitment. So it could be a long drawn exercise. The reason they don`t immediately send regret mails to everybody is that some may reject the offer. People may leave in due course, so they have a pool of qualified candidates they can pick from when necessary so that they don`t have to conduct interviews everyday. Most of those that passed the final interview will not likely receive regret mail soon.

They will eventually send regret mails so everyone will get closure. There are people with ABC forms and no offers so same boat as people without ABC forms.

Yea mine is different. Was checking that you didn’t miss the interview invite somehow. You can reach out to the HR people by email in case there’s been an oversight.

If this was Reddit someone would have broken things down since in a bid to placate those still waiting and without breaking any confidentiality clause e.g when you got called, did call precede offer, did ABC form precede offer etc.

If you cant be reached via calls, you will likely get a mail with instructions on who to contact. Calling those lines wont yield anything more than the usual HR speak.

By the way, the numbers used in interviewing your belongs to non HR folks who have absolutely no idea about who has been selected or not. The calls will take a while.

So far, this thread has been devoid of chit-chat. It's better to keep it that way.

Shell will always send you a mail if they want to interview you in addition to the (missed) call you might have had or not.

Onus lies on you to always check your mails and have your phone handy.

Voting fraud has been perpetuated by the Democrats using both mail-in votes and multiple voting and vote by illegal aliens.

This is a win for Trump as he rightly tweeted but a big loss for American democracy as POTUS now has the dictatorial powers to roll out decrees.

The Democrats are now coming to realization that such a partisan decision by SCOTUS is not in anyway favorable to their intended rigging plans as Trump can issue same executive orders (which Obama used in 2012) to his advantage and ban mail-in votes and voting without identification or illegal immigrant voting - which are what the Democrats have been using to rig elections since Obma.
