It could try cos of its fast cpu and 8gb memory but gpu is the major.

It could handle other games but for AAA titles, i kinda doubt.

Most AAA titles are graphically demanding.

Everything there is easy to do, just use xplorer to extract the file to PSP-SETTING-controls.ini that's all
