Okay follow my instructions;
Reboot your phone(so as to shut down all apps)
Goto APN and create access point like this

Save then open simple server and configure it as

Go back and tap the "start" button... If you want to quit simple server, just swipe it anyway from minimised apps, don't tap "quit"

bro tnx everytin is working fine but d simple server is not powering any browser tnx once more!

bro...cant seem to understand this phone....i am trying to use simple server with jumia cheat d problem am facing now is after creating new simpler server acess point wen i open d simple server if i click on start it wud not click it wud just show notification on satute bar dat service stop but wen i chang d acess point to mtn own and wen i open d simple server and press start it wud click and started rolling but wud not even click wen i change d acess point to d one i create for d simple server
