I finally got called for office 365 after applying more the 10 times...
God did it: I was called on the 21st of August for an online assessment wic I passed..
There after I was scheduled for an onsite on Monday 24th August of which I also passed.
Then I had my zoom interview on Tuesday the 25th of August. I was called the next day 26th of August dat I passed my zoom interview and an offer was made for me to resume on Monday 31st of August.

In conclusion, the whole process took me only 4days. I'm grateful � Lord Jesus �.

I also wanna wish those dat are still applying or still in the interview process success.
Please don't ever give up.

Good evening all, I'll be going for an on-site assemennt on Monday. Please what does the process entail? So I'll prepare. I was told to come with an earpiece so I'm kinda confused. Thanks

You will be assessed in the following areas:
1. English. The English is divided into two sections (grammar and lexis structure which is about 80 questions. The second part of the English is listening skills. That is why you are to come with earpiece. That part about 15 or 20 questions)
2. Customer service test.
3. Personality/behavioural test. About 60 questions in 15 minutes.
4. Team work test
5. Technical test. This entails questions related to the job role. Read the job description well and all possible questions as regards to that role. About 80 questions in 1 hr.

I think it is not fixed. It depends on some factors including your years of experience and the level of the position offered to you(like level 1, level 2, level 3 etc.). It will be a nice idea if you apply... You won't regret.

They will definitely contact you. They usually seek for approvals for the pay you negotiated with them and then if it pulls thru you will be contacted.

It is getting to 7 days I submitted my payslip to them but haven't gotten any feedback from them as regards the offer. Is this normal?
Is there anyone that experienced this after submitting payslip before an offer was made to him/her?

Since u av done d onsite assessment which I assumed it includes call Handling, teamwork test, personality test, customer test English and Technical. And u did speaking text via zoom, I guess if u are successful in dis stages, u will still be scheduled for a zoom interview with d team leader of the role u applied for, where ur knowledge of d role u applied for will be tested and ur experiences and how well u are familiar with some of d technology that is applicable to d job role u applied for. And dis shld b d final stage of d recruitment process. Originally this is supposed to be a one on one interview section with d Applicant, recruiter and team leader but due 2 covid19 dats y it's been done via zoom.

Yes I took the online assessment including the onsite assessment (also online)

Those that have written the NDLEA APTITUDE test today, how was it. Did they request for the guarantor form before you are allowed to write the test?
