The negativity of globalization seems to have
taken its toll on a Nigerian youth from the
South-western part of the country who has
ventured into online p*rnography where he
rakes in massive cash.

Nobody would have thought the act of
p*rnography would be that attractive to
Nigerians that they will not only watch the 'blue
films' as it is called, secretly, but also decide
to participate for commercial purposes.

Former Nollywood actress, Judith Mazagwu
popularly known as Afrocandy, after a hard
time in the United States of America found
solace in the adult industry from which she
gained financially and trained her two children.

Tobiloba Isaac Jolaoso aka King Tee, another
young Nigerian has floated an p*rn site where
he shared his s*x videos where subscribers pay
heavily to gain access.

Reports have it that the dark-skinned Yoruba
boy whose parents hail from Ogun and Oyo
States pays his girls a whooping sum of
N100,000 for the pleasure session with their
faces hidden or masked in the videos.

King Tee who is an atheist seems to resent
condoms despite the surge of S*xually
Transmitted Infections and the dreaded HIV/
AIDS as he sleeps with his female clients
without protection.

He also runs an adult page on Instagram and
on Snapchat. He is also into the sale of
customized clothes branded 'HOClifestyle'
which he uses to advertise his brand with
massive patronage recorded.

According to reports from Uganda, a popular
female Councillor has wedded her man inside a
shrine in their village.
The woman identified as Ruth Nakamatte
exchanged marital vows with her fiancee,
Buyondo Manyigaalubaale in an elaborate
ceremony.

The marriage was presided over by the heads
of the traditional healer’s in Uganda. Although
the controversial decision has stirred
controversy, the Mukono Central Division
female youth councilor, doesn’t seem bothered.

The event presided over by the two traditional
healers, Kabona Jjumba Aligaweesa and
Kabona Kayondo Nyongeraako held at the
traditional healers’ headquarters at Ttakajjunge
village in Nama sub-county in Mukono district
on Sunday.

Nakamatte was baptized in church and named
Ruth but she denounced it to adopt Namukasa.
Buyondo was the first to enter the shrine which
was filled by a number of traditional healers
and their followers from across the country.

Nakamatte, a professional nurse is a daughter
of Mukono Central division National Resistance
Movement (NRM) chairman Ssalongo Male
Bakipakampulawa of Ntaawo village in Mukono
Municipality.

Nakamatte arrived dressed in a wedding gown
which she later changed to wear a backcloth
dress. Unlike the past where traditional healers
where known to be operating in darkness, this
time they did everything in broad day light.

They also had recorded music and melodious
singers who performed music interludes of the
tunes praising the African culture.

They were only heard singing four choruses of
traditional songs with drums only once as they
were starting the service. They made the
marriage vows; a service led by Kabona
Jjumba whereby the vows were for good and
for worse, New Vision Uganda reported.

Maje Ayida.
Toke who launched her book “On Becoming”
on November 27, 2016, revealed some things
about Maje Ayida that we can never forget.
She also breaks her silence on the marriage
scandal and how it changed her life, finding
forgiveness and strengthening her faith in
God.
“On Becoming” is Toke’s journey through
pain to victory. So, we’ve brought to you five
unforgettable things Makinwa revealed about
her estranged husband in the book.

1. She got an STD from him
According to her, “He had given me an STI in
the past. He’d returned from a trip once and
we had sex, and a few days later I was
itching.
I went to the doctors and they prescribed
medication, but when I asked Maje about the
infection he denied knowing anything about
it. I went through his phone and saw a
conversation with Anita where she
complained that she had been itching.
This wasn’t news to Maje, more like an
update that she was giving him on a
situation that he already knew about.
He asked her what the doctor’s report said
and what was prescribed.
I knew I would be putting myself at risk if I
closed my eyes to whatever he chose to do
on the side. So I went back to putting all my
attention into my work.”

2. She also admitted to bleaching
because of him
“I had been with Maje from when I was an
immature teenager, through my twenties,
and for most of those years, Anita had been
the standard I had to live up to. I had
lightened my skin at some point – Anita was
half Lebanese and half Ibibio, and Maje
made me feel like he preferred her lighter
skin.”

3. He wanted a sex tape
“At some point while we were dating, Maje
had asked if he could tape us having sex.
This was a new one for me but I would do
anything to keep my man, or so I thought,
and so I obliged.

But I was nervous afterwards because I
didn’t want the tape to get into the wrong
hands…. I dragged the file back to his
desktop, and I could tell from the stilled
image in the video that the person in it was
not me…. I clicked play and watched
horrified as Maje had sex with Anita.”

4. He called off their wedding several
times
“Finally, I thought. He chose me! He has
stepped up and he’s finally ready to make us
a priority.
It was my wedding day.

I was happy, yet I was waiting for something
to happen. Maje had disappointed me three
times before. We would pick a date to go to
the wedding registry and he would call it
off…. We had discussed eloping, but he’d
never committed to any plan.
It wasn’t until we shared our first dance to
John Legend’s ‘All of Me’ that I finally
believed that it had happened.”


5. Betrayal

“Maje and I had been together for nine
years, on and off, at this point, and it had
been an unending cycle of hurt and betrayal.
Every time we took ten steps forward in our
relationship, we took fifty back. Each time I
gave up and let go, Maje would come after
me and hold on so tightly till I gave in.”

Ooni of Ife unveils the tallest statue in Nigeria, the Moremi Statue of Liberty, located in Ile- Ife, Osun State.


Influential Yoruba monarch, the Ooni of Ife,
Oba Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, has
unveiled the tallest statue in Nigeria, the
third tallest in
Africa.

The Moremi statue of liberty which is a 42
feet tall statue with 30 risers, was
constructed right on the spot where Moremi
lived several centuries ago.

According to Stans Mukoro who shared the
photos on social media, the statue is 100
percent locally constructed by Nigerian
engineers that are youths with full Nigerian
Materials.
