He's right. I use non-stick cookware and just yesterday when I was about washing plates, one of the pots cover broke into pieces in water and I was shocked and confused at the same time because I thought I had done something wrong but his analysis makes sense now.

To be honest, your reply too wasn’t polite. A harmless question “Location and Price” shouldn’t have triggered that reply you gave.

As a vendor, sometimes customers even ask me for price when its even clearly stated in my post. It might be an oversight because I don’t know the situation the customer is in, while making the enquiry. I still take my time to reply. Nobody is doing anyone a favour, either vendor or customer. But generally everyone should be polite. Don’t let what you are going through show in your conversations with customers or vendors. It’s why people are getting tired of online shopping/business

She never complained it wasn’t working else she wouldn’t buy. The dispatch rider called to say he couldn’t operate it and I guided him on how to operate it. That’s the sole truth. When I guided on how to operate it,he tested it and gave her satisfactory feed back.


I have never ever been involved in any fraudulent or shady transaction ever on Nairaland or anywhere. She brought names here, she never called me only accused me and the next thing we are in Nairaland ..

The microwave goes off half way into microwaving anything you put in. Like you set the timer for 5mins, when it's 4mins it goes off. And won't come on until hours later, and the same thing happens again. When I asked him, he asked if I checked the thermostat. Like hello? Am I suppose to check thermostat??
