Good!

You won't anyone saying "Tinubu has bought the Judiciary "

I noticed anytime they win, they are mute BUT anytime they lose, THEN it's the judiciary being bought.

Yeye ppl dem!
Tinubu has no political relevance in Nigeria except when bought. So rest.

Listen to correction cos you may not be lucky next time. You had no excuse stepping on that wood. You were reckless. You make sure the coast is clear bfore overtaking even if you're in a convoy. Learn!!

You are not a smart driver. How will u jump on wood while overtaking. You Shud have seen the wood hundred metres away before overtaking, when it's not asif you're traveling at night. It's dangerous to overtake when the front is not clear.
Just take a chill pill and read to understand. Many of you lack that discipline to understand before jumping on the keyboard.

You don't have excuse neither should you blame anyone for that. You simply drove terribly by your miscalculation and could have caused unnecessary accident or killed yourself.
When overtaking, you need to look far beyond to see that there are no obstruction or anything that will hinder your smooth overtaking. If you had looked far beyond before you venture to overtake, you would have seen the obstacle.
Thank God you didn't swerve or get any close to the lorry. If your car tyre even touch the trailer tyre small, your car will automatically somersault.
Of course God save me. That was in fact my first time of trying to drive myself on a distant journey. And that is why I am particularly worried. A new user can easily make such a mistake assuming that the road was smooth. As at then majority of the road was actually smooth.
It is evil and criminal in nature for police to have kept those very big logs of wood on a trunk A road without being present.

Romance › Re: Men Are Low Key Jealous Of Women’s Sexual Leverage by MrSly(m): 2:53pm On Sep 17
Kalatium:
Let’s be honest. If someone offered the average man ₦100,000 for one sexual encounter, how many would genuinely walk away?

Men complain about women making money from sex, but many would happily collect the money if the market worked equally in their favour.

Sex has economic value because there is demand. Men generally create a much larger market for buying sexual access than women do, which gives some women a form of leverage that most men simply do not have.

Society then tells men that they are the ones “gaining” from sex while women are “losing” something. Yet money changes hands precisely because someone desperately wants what the other person has.

You cannot condemn the supply while pretending the demand does not exist.

If men were equally sought after as sexual sellers, we would probably see a very different conversation.

The market does not care about our moral arguments. It responds to demand, supply and willingness to pay.
Shame on the modes. Look at this unintelligent thread that made it to front page. What exactly is the meaning of this thread? I am asking the very mode that pushed it to FP.

Angelfrost:
Sigh... Most Nigerians can't and should never be allowed to drive! PERIOD!!!

Whenever I say this, some of you will start the usual "whataboutism" of how accidents also claim lives in other nations.

But, look at the numbers... The figures don't lie!

Our roads are a death trap, not necessarily because they are bad, but because those that ply them are reckless with little to no knowledge of proper and safe vehicle handling and road use culture.

That bus above, for instance... You would be shocked at the high speed the driver was on even at unclear curves or bends.

Nigerian drivers are the main reason we constantly pray for "Journey mercies" even when our destination is within city limits.

I visited and lived abroad for over a year, and not once did I pray that prayer... It never even occurred to me to do so while there.

But as soon as I landed in Lagos, just the airport taxi back to my family, I suddenly started panicking and praying for safety... Even while on the Air Peace flight back to Abj days later.
More than 98% of road accident in Nigeria is caused by bad road, police overbearing recklessness and evil drivers.

I remember the day I was driving from Lagos to East. A GUO Bus and myself were trying to over take a trailer , the GUO bus was being at the front was successful but by the time I saw my front I discovered that some lazy police officers left heavy woods on trunk A road and left it while they are not on duty. I could not anything but jump the log as any any attempt to dodge would be catastrophic due to the trailer beside me which was also in high speed. That was how the wood shattered my door window as all my windows were wound up.
Travel › Re: GUO Bus Accident On Benin–Lagos Expressway, Many Dead (Photos) by MrSly(m): 2:37pm On Sep 17
Worryingly:
I always thought fatal accidents involving buses this size were pretty rare, given how big and sturdy they are except, of course, when the bus ends up plunging into a body of water.

Looking at the bus, there doesn’t even seem to be any major structural damage from the impact, apart from the shattered windows. So how did so many people end up dying?
Whatever that shattered the windows must have hit many heads close to the window.

In trying to embarrass Peter Obi, Charles Soludo continues to embarrass himself.

Anambra Finance Commissioner said audit showed Obi borrowed $123 billion in 2013. However, since 1999 till date, Nigeria’s total external debt stands at about $117 billion.

So, how could Obi have borrowed, in 8 years, more than the amount owed by Nigeria as country (including sub-nationals)?

Can anybody make it make sense?

In the end, hatred for Peter Obi will destroy Soludo.

Politics › Re: I’ll Introduce ₦500k Minimum Wage, Ensure 24-hour Electricity If Elected -Sowore by MrSly(m): 5:53pm On Sep 13
adenigga:
The African Action Congress, AAC, presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, has pledged to introduce a N500,000 monthly minimum wage for Nigerian workers if elected President.

Speaking in an interview with The Independent, Sowore equally stated that his administration would provide 24-hour electricity, and make education free and accessible at all levels.

The activist also promised to construct one million public mixed-income homes and reform tenancy laws to reduce the burden of advance rent payments.

He was outlining the AAC’s agenda for the 2027 elections.

“Our agenda is revolutionary justice and equal rights. Nigeria is enormously wealthy, yet Nigerians have been deliberately impoverished through corruption, incompetence and an economic system designed to reward a tiny political and business elite. We intend to change that fundamentally.

“We are proposing a N500,000 monthly living minimum wage because Nigerian workers cannot continue receiving starvation wages while senators, governors and political appointees consume millions every month.

“We will deliver 24-hour electricity because no serious industrial economy can operate permanently on generators. Education will be free and accessible at all levels, and no Nigerian child should be denied education because his or her parents are poor,” he said.

But since tiktok arriver, have learnt alot about relationships, from all this female therapist, including coach gehgeh ..
Women has used me,took me for granted, love covered my eyes, I'm getting hurt often ..

Currently now with the man am becoming, am scared of how I will treat my wife if I later got married .
I'm that dude that defend woman alot before , I use to support them by all cost , against my fellow man not to treat woman anyhow, not knowing nowadays ladies are not to be compared with our mother's ..

How will I change if I mistakenly found a good woman, if truly one is existing..

I always feel guilty when I hurt a soul ..
Emotional men aren't complete men. Men use their brain more than their hearts. Real women run away from emotional men because they can't afford to be with boring female in man's body.
