This governor should have as a matter of fact formed a vigilant organisation backed by the state law through a legislative process. Once a curfew is imposed the vigilant should arrest anyone of them seen outside until the election is done and dusted.

Siminalayi Fubara, governor of Rivers, on Sunday received members of the reconciliation committee of the rainbow coalition at the government house in Port Harcourt.
