,I think I finally found a book worth talking about,I don't usually make posts about books, but this one genuinely surprised me. I bought *The International Closer* in May because I was trying to get better at selling real estate to clients outside Nigeria. I didn't expect much beyond a few useful tips. Fast forward to now, and I've closed six deals with international clients since I bought the book., i mean six deals it's crazy.

I'm not saying the book magically closed those deals for me. Obviously, I still had to find the clients, build trust, follow up, negotiate and actually do the work, but there was alot i did not know and thanks to this book it has really helped alot

The book changed the way I approached international clients. one thing I noticed is that selling to someone abroad is very different from selling to someone who can simply walk into your office or inspect a property themselves. There's a much bigger trust gap.

The book breaks down how to communicate with these clients, how to handle objections, how to follow up without looking desperate, and how to move the conversation toward a decision.

For Nigerian realtors trying to sell properties to Nigerians in the diaspora or other international buyers, I honestly think it's worth reading.

What I particularly liked is that it isn't written as if you're sitting in New York or London with access to some huge international real estate machine. It actually makes sense from the perspective of someone trying to sell from Nigeria.

Six deals isn't some massive success story, but considering where I was before reading it, I can't ignore the difference, imean i have never had an international clients before and compared to nigerian clients , the difference is very clear

Just sharing because I know there are quite a few realtors on here trying to figure out how to consistently close diaspora clients.

If you're in that space, The International Closer is one book I'd recommend you check out. He has other books though but i have not read them but this book in particular is worth every penny .
