How many asylum/refugee protection cases have been processed for Russian refugees?

Conscription is mandatory (with exceptions) in Finland, Switzerland, South Korea, Estonia, Norway and Russia.
Russia has only called up part of it's reserve forces for possible deployment and you're already unsettled.
