I have this rather strange problem with my external hard disk drive. it works on my laptop and any other desktop and laptop as well but it just wont work on my desktop. at first I suspected the USB port but I tried the port with another external hard drive and with a flash drive, it worked perfectly fine. my desktop is a pentium 4 mercury board computer and just in case you're wondering I have also tried this particular external hard drive on a mercury board pentium 4, it worked but it just work on mine!!! Im thinking of reformatting the computer but I just wonna be sure if that's the best shot besides I wonna copy the drivers in the system out before formatting as I don't have any other drivers to install after formatting. please anyone with a better idea should help. |

Its really sickening that a country so blessed as Nigeria is riddled with corruption from every facet. the most painful thing is we struggle with things that just a single policy properly enforced can take care of. The same Office/body who gave JAMB the power to conduct exam for entrance into the university got up and approved a post exam for entrance into the same university!!!! if JAMB is not efficient why don't you scap it and set up a different one instead of making life harder for those who want to go to school in a country with ones among the worst graduates in the world. Instead of encourging education you are now making it inaccessible. Its heartbreaking that the same story with the Nigeria oil is told in the educational sector, Nigeria rich with oil and yet amongst the poorest in the world, Nigeria has the brightest minds in the world yet one of the poorly educated nation in the world. When are we getting out of this Mr. Lecturer turned president ??That Mr. of education should go back to Ebonyi state, There are rice farms there for him to work in!!!!!!!!!! |
The so called Chinese explanation makes sense, so does the veno amoris, vein from finger to heart and also the joblessness makes sense too, Imagine the middle finger with a ring on it getting jiggy down below |
I would say lets watch and see. the idea is worth it though but just like every seemingly good thing in this country it it dies the minute it starts!!! why put both negative and positive together on the same stage? So they could over time kick out the positives and start a full time beauty pageant business? Well I think if its done correctly and expecially without the HIV negatives it will boost the morals and sense of belonging of those already with the virus, a chance to make something meaningful with their rather short lives. |
Its a shame that government would have to negotiate with criminals, not like the government is any better than the criminals but then let these so called militants and "freedom fighters" (my ass) stop fooling the Nigerian masses. both parties are without focus, what does these criminals and the government want other than to fill their pockets, Imagine a government paying millions to a criminal just because he has guns and then come out publicly to fool the masses with amensty. I doubt if Yar'Adua knows the meaning of that word. The leaders are the real militants, they should stop using these boys for their bunkering activities and use that same money paid to these boys for meaningful development in the area. No credit to the so called Niger Delta governors as well I doubt if they know what Federalism is, what have they done with all the allocations they've been receiving from the Federal government , nothing and yet they cry for more!!!!!! |
