Where exactly on the Island are you looking at? Ikoyi, Victoria Island or Lekki?

For now i have the following info:
The Hall at Yetunde's Apartments @ Plot B, Mitchelle Okocha Crescent, Parkview Estate, Ikoyi , Lagos unfortunately seats 250-300 people in the Hall and extra 100 people outside. Rental price: NGN419,000

Muson Centre @ Onikan, Lagos Island seats 500-600 people. Rental Price: NGN1,310,000

Landmark Village @ Water Corporation Road, Victoria Island Annex, Lagos seats 1000 people. Rental price: Weekends: NGN2,500,000; Weekdays: NGN1,500,000

The garden I spoke about earlier is called Princess and Bics Garden @ B20 Wale Olateju Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. Unfortunately, the owner is having issues with the land so she is not renting it out at the moment.

All these centres are on Kudirat Abiola Way, Oregun, Lagos. They all provide tables and chairs; which are inclusive in the bill.

Etal Hotel and Hall seats 500 people. Rental Price: NGN350,000

K & G Event Centre Hall A seats 600 - 800 people. Rental price: with Banquet chairs - NGN650,000; with Plastic chairs - NGN580,000
K & G Event Centre Hall B seats 400 - 500 people. Rental price: with Banquet chairs - NGN420,000; with Plastic chairs - NGN370,000

Balmoral Hall seats 1000 people. Rental price: NGN850,000 + 5% VAT with plastic chairs

i knw of a garden at Lekki phase 1 off Admiralty way. To get half of the plot is 250K but to get the whole plot will cost u double i.e. 500K these prices are from 2008 not sure how much it is going for now.

Please any one has an idea how to get to use the TBS grounds and how much it will cost? And if it is possible to use these Lagos state schools with huge compound space i doubt it will cost much so far you promise to clean up after use.

I don't know if you still have the daily or weekly price list of all stock listed on the NSE since 1st Jan 1999 till 31st Dec 2008, the daily/weekly All share index during this same period and also the rate for 91 days FGN treasury bills from 1st Jan 1999 till 31st Dec 2008. I would be very gld if i can get all these data as i'm workng on my disseration which is empirically testing the capital asset pricing model using stocks listed on the NSE.
