2.Only one account is allowed by person

For example someone wanted to trade with me and he insisted I should pay first.I asked him to provide verifiable proof of identity which he couldn’t,he just kept telling me how he has been trading with lots of people bla bla,Facebook accounts and LinkedIn profile.Unfortunately if u choose not to provide verifiable proof of identity then u simply don’t want to be traced.We can avoid all these scammers by changing improving the way trading and access to trade are done.

I have other workable suggestions but let everyone desirous of eliminating criminal minds give suggestions
