These are the things i do every morning that made me stay healthy since i grow up age.

1. I speak positive words to my body every morning..Words like my body is the temple of God,there i refuse to b sick..No sickness infirmity of any kind is permitted to be in my body..Am sound and i live in divine health all the days of my life...Positive Affirmation is very important..The bible make use understand that God created everything with words.

2.Drinking of at least 1 Full Cup of water Between 5:30-6:00am helps keep the body in good health..The importance of drinking water early in the morning can never be over emphasis. ..

Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water".

Few mins after drinking of water early in the morning,u wil urinate of course it washes the system,and when you go to stool,u Stool will be watery kinda which is a proof of yoir system being cleanse..

3. Develop the habit of doing exercise every morning dont wait until Saturday when you go to the gym,little exercise every day goes a long in keeping the body fit and healthy..
