Secondly: ppl in the S-West will start praising their Govs. for developing their State capitals when the rural Areas are in deplorable state.
it shows that these state house of assembly members are puppets that just sit and eat money without ensuring even distribution of the state's resources. My village in Anambra state has tarred roads, it has petrol station, gas station, many small scale industries even the micro-finance/ community bank in my village is bigger than most new generation banks in cities.
