nurey: Don't go and buy anyhow vehicle for farm because it is affordable even if nah truck or SUV. If your car ha broken down b4 for farm you go know how far, bearing spoilt, belt cut, car stuck in gully, exhaust pull due to rocky terrain and mechanic start billing you and telling you part no dey and you no fit leave car for inside bush
If you intend carrying load a truck should suffice.
The only cheap and reliable truck under 1m that will do the work is Ford Ranger international 03 to 12 model year shares part with the Mazda used for interstate B2000 and B2200 parts are cheap and they are very rugged.
Their are other trucks but clean ones are expensive.
Look for Nissan Pathfinder 95 to 2000 the part is same as the kingcab truck used for farm work in Southwest it is a die hard vehicle and cheap too, the 3.0L V6 can be rebuilt 100,000 times if something goes wrong.
Stay away from Nissan Armada not a reliable Vehicle for farm work What a great analysis, really appreciate! |

Originalsly: Consider the die hard Nissan Quest ... 1995 plus. It is very capable of hauling whatever you can load in it... and on top of it. Off season.... you can reinstall the seats and carry passengers. I'm almost sure you can find working ones around. Don't wait for "for sale" ads... ask the owners if they are ready to sell since most of them are just tired of the vehicle. Hi boss, I noticed dat you are jiji specialist, if you see any good offer for me I will be standing by, on the nissan quest I think my preference is not really for load but maneuverability of the rugged terrain. I will take my time and open to up my game |

laivwire: I see these 1983 Hilux, many along Suleja. The Hilux is a reliable and never dying vehicle from time and the example I'm talking about is fuel efficient and can carry all the stuff you need. I was surprised at first when u mentioned 1983 vehicle, but when I made my research I was stuned to see how efficient the vehicle is. I knew truck will be d best for the job. Will keep my finger cross and see what happens |

MadamVanessa: See what i am seeing. This is so disturbing and sad.
When the poverty stricken, backward and cursed north, keep looting the Niger Delta oil money to sponsor bokoharam, using it to pay bandits as ransom.
Fucck north. Typical Nigerian way of doing things, we never took responsibility, why must you involve the north in this. 13 percent derivatives given to them could have solved this. The earlier we take responsibilities for our actions the better for us all |

grafixdon: Your money can't never get you 2009 nissan altima tokunbo. It's whopping 3m, your 500k can only buy the tires, engine oil and transmission oil...
I don't know why you've to attack me because I adviced you added more money to get problem free car... How can you be thinking of buying 500k car in 2021? That is the point, I never said tokunbo and I stressed the purpose, I need something I will pack and use for farming not to cruise in d town. U came and told me to respect myself and go for bajaj. You could have told me to up my game as tpounds did. No hard feelings bro. One love |

grafixdon: 500k? Respect yourself and go for bajaj motorcycle. Even maruwa is being sold for 1.2m I don't need to drag anything with people like u, am sure that my money will get and refurbish that your Nissan altima. Have seen countless offers today when I went to see mechanics but have decided to save and go for tundra and d likes. |

@Tpounds thanks for the interest, I think I will get something, remember its for farm, a friend just sold Nissan primera which everything is working except the battery for 220k(but that can't work in d farm). I still see xtera 03/04 for 500k. Bcs I want something affordable doesn't mean I will go for anything. Like I said its for farm, I don't need it to be clean but it should be functional |

Hi farmers, we have several threads for so many things but we don't lay emphasis on how to protect our farms. I will like expert in the house to explain to us on how to register or process our deeds of assignment/conveyance.
Eg. I am about to purchase a farm but the owner who is an old man said he does not have any documents that I will be the one to process it myself . Pls advice and let us enlighten orders. |
