ugo4u: I doubt if they'll release the scores immediately because the candidate doesn't really need to know is his or her score since nothing like cut off point. They're partnering with Jamb this time around Lagos and Kaduna have three centres respectively. Most likely the results will be forwarded to MS directly by jamb where his office will select the final list for screening. They wanna follow the Customs template this time around. I hope they set reasonable questions make we pass. Mathematics would be preferable sef. |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Nigerian Army SSC And DSSC 2016/2017 Forum by Mugiwaraluffy: 11:29am On Oct 23, 2020 |
Infact there's no screening again it's straight to training since some of una have decided to dey move mad Simple information you could not comprehend. Why did you select for exams center during registration? Abi na to attend your village meeting ba? The most annoying part was that Ugo4u showed a part of the information from the advert yet you still choose to argue. That's how theyll give u intel or instructions on something and you'll go ahead and do another thing because you think "that's how we do it" which will lead to blunders or eventually death of some people.
@koes @Abkhad, kindly work on yourselves. Learn to accept your mistake to improve your ability to learn. If army decides not to write exams again and follow normal tradition for SSC/DSSC enlistment, fine. But that wouldn't change the fact they had plans for pre-screening exams. |

spetsnaz: My people how is the morale? Igbos!!!! Igbos!!!!! Igbos!!!!! Igbos!!!!! Igbos!!!!. Wetin de pursue una from uniform work? Well this is the best time for any South easterner. Those shortlisted for exam will have lesser work to do compare to the those in the entire north especially Kano people. Even if they reserve the entire DSSC slot for Kano it won't be enough for them. Southwest is following the easterners but most of the high level lobbying are carried out by senior officers from that place. Your list is ready since Friday hope you guys have being reading? Don't joke with the exam even if you have godfather, I know what I am saying. The army is trying very hard to conduct a transparent exercise so try make things easy for your connect because believe you me they won't stress or stretch themselves especially now that many are still battling for promotion. God in heaven, please answer Ugo4u prayer, grant him his heart desire if only it'll bring good for him (ameen). |

AududuNine11: Transfer wise or any other conventional platform provider for transfer of funds from the abroad won't send you money for free. Of course |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Having Difficult Times Securing A Job, Or Need A Side Hustle? Check This Out! by Mugiwaraluffy: 5:12pm On Oct 18, 2020 |
GentRoyal: The problem isn't acually from the banks. LH pay through transfer wise and the official rate on transferwise platform is #382 per $1. Take for instance, you're expecting $500, you're supposed to get #188,853.16 (See attached for breakdown). But when u consider bank charges (different banks with different charges), you'll receive a little below that amount Hmm, so it's not the banks but rather transfer wise. These people don make money on top our head |
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Having Difficult Times Securing A Job, Or Need A Side Hustle? Check This Out! by Mugiwaraluffy: 2:27pm On Oct 18, 2020 |
barackodam: And you expect banks to sell at Parallel market rate?
Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't parallel market black market?
Banks buy forex from CBN, and their rate is always lower than parallel market. As far as I know Ok, I'm not an expert in forex but just like u said, parallel market is the same as black market. But the thing is forex isn't always available in banks like that. Plus the CBN tries to suppress the dollar against the naira so as to avoid inflation and possibly devaluation of Naira more than it already is. For example, try to do forex with all those aboki forex guys in Lag, you'd notice the rates is different compared to the official rate given by CBN. Even from some banks eg Zenith bank, if you're buying and selling dollar, it's always above N400 lately. Which brings to this question, why is UBA (I don't know for other banks) buying dollars from us less than N400. Last month it was N378 |
