I will appreciate if any Atlanta mum can put me through affordable Atlanta hospitals also is it okay to use a birthing center?

I am presently on atl to birth my baby, I am using Emory midtown n Dr Tate.if u pay two weeks before ur delivery u get to pay 3900 USD, its called a pre payment plan....Dr tate charges 1500
