Honestly, I have no answer to that. It'll be a miracle though. Try applying to jobs in Canada. Never say Never.

1. To get a temp work permit, you need to have a valid job offer with LMIA approved from a Canadian employer. With this, you can apply online or on paper.
2. Open Work permit can be granted to Spouse of people with study permit.
