A lot of questions can be avoided here if people could just visit the IRCC website first. I believe the site should be the first point of research before coming for Clarification here. Most of the information needed is on the website.

I would like to add that if she's a law graduate like you said,she just needs to evaluate the law degree alone with IQAS or other evaluating bodies for law(do your research on that). It will be evaluated as a professional degree which is equivalent with masters.

I personally think there is no problem here. Not that I have experience or anything but based on the fact that the application form itself didn't ask for specific dates so there's no mismatch, it's just for them to verify that it's authentic.

2. Representation of clients at magistrate and high courts.
3. Provide legal advisory services to individuals and corporations on all legal issues and on their rights, potential liabilities and possible causes of action.
4. Filing of documents related to the registration of limited liability companies, business names and incorporated trustees under the provisions of the Nigerian companies Law.
5. Conducting of legal research and writing of legal opinions.
6. Administrative operations in relation to client and case management.
7. Representation of clients at alternative dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
8. Conduct client interviews
9. Any other task or responsibility as may be assigned.

It looks good to me. And it's not exactly the same as the one on the 4112 NOC Code. So it's fine. P.S. I fall in this category too.

Hello everyone. Please I need your help here. I got my reference letters from my places of work but both didn't have the exact date of joining in dd/mm/year format. It only stated that I started working from December 20... To April 20.... And not 15th December 20... Does this affect my application. By the way. All other things on the reference letters meet the IRCC requirements.

Also, I have already submitted my application and got my AOR already. However, my first reference letter is the one I obtained from the Ministry where I served (NYSC) for a full year. I.e. from Jan 2017- December 2017. Also, I started my current job in January 2018 and still work there till date making it about 4years. This facts are stated in both reference letters. just feel a little concerned and want some reassurance, hence the question.
