the advantage for kwara to leave so that the north become majority is. you will be transferring jobs done by northerners to people in kwara. mostly driving, and hospitality jobs. All vehicle coming from the north now have to stop at kwara. because they can not cross international lines. so kwara citizen will now pick up this goods and services and they will form the logistic network of the new country. look at kwara as the lagos sea port for goods coming from the north.

kwara presently is a drive state. if we remove kwara. it stop been a drive through state and becoming like a sea port state. it pick up all goods and service from the north and to the north.

your right as a nigerian, is to kindly ask the army or police officer to show you their  ID. you cant not touch the ID. but he must allow you to see the ID and allow you  to  write his name and badge number down, include his car license.  you are expected to use this information to file a complain with the public complain commission .

each officer , must have a report note book, pen , a ticket book, traffic and criminal law book and each officer every one hour must record  the event in the last one hour. any senior officer can ask to see your report note book.   

ticket books are issue by the state. this is why , you need to change taxes law to allow state to collect all the taxes.


this is an example of how a police ticket looks like.

it state the name of the police office, badge number etc. an event that happen. and the traffic and criminal law book is a small book that list the detail of all criminal into codes. that way the officers can state the crime.  this is one of the many things lacking the nigeria police. i dont have time today. i will continue to describe how the police system should work.

even before you go to court, the amount of money, you have to pay is clearly written in  the book and some at the back of your ticket. you have the option of paying it or going to court, if you feel the officer who gave you the ticket was wrong.


and also the need you must have state police.
road safety must be a unit under the police and must carry arms.

that officer was right . the police and army have the right under law

even if the policeman or army is not chasing robber, he has the power to drive against traffic . anytime he want. you cant not determine if he has a reason , why he is driving against the traffic. it is not your busy as civilian to ask him.

the nigeria police and army have the power under law to drive against traffic.  the police and military are above any civilian in law because they have been given special powers under the law.   a policeman or military man is above patience goodluck under the law.

lastma cant drive against traffic except, if the law allows it.

the problem is both Jonathan and sambo have never lived outside their area of nigeria before. except for one year.

Look this people , you are deep with over deep religious believe. You are better off pleasing them by removing edo,delta and Yorubas, that way the north become majority . Than fight them. How many of them are you going to fight.

the issue you, you people dont know the law. The police and military have more power than you. And in nigeria Patience Goodluck will drive by as wife of president of nigeria. instead of waiting. Most nigerian do not know, they are suppose to wait and allow all police cars and military cars to pass by, even Patience Goodluck can not move her car. If she move her can. she will be charge to court for not allowing the police to pass by.

I know it is hard for you nigerian to believe, but that is how it is done .

Fashola is below a police on the street. The need to retrain nigerian and even the police and army.

look the way the laws are written, even if fashola the governor is in his car and the police or military men blow their siren . the law say fashola must park his car and allow the police or military men to move,. no matter if it is BRT road. 

When you hear the siren of the military or police on the road , even in a traffic, every vehicle on the road must stop. and allow them to pass. No matter if Fashola the governor of law state is in one of the car. Fashola or minister must by law stop his car , no matter what part of the road he his, for the police or military car to pass by him.  even if ambulance have the poorer man in lagos inside it. fashola must stop his car for the poor man to pass inside the ambulance.

the law has no respect. that army officer was only demanding his right under the law. if he was driving.
