You need to see the negative reviews I later read on the seller's store. Their delayed shipping was a blessing in disguise. Back to xiaomi again biko. Can't imagine buying phone for someone and stops working after 2 weeks. Umidigi mixes fake phones with original. That's their trick!

That's another lesson to you if you want to place order. The rating and customer review will make me place order from any other store apart from being authorized store.

I don't look back placing order at official umidigi store or gotop store. But any other store, my bro usually take my time to reed reviews and the store ratings.

Never in my life will I patronise umidigi again! I placed an order (Umidigi A5 Pro) for someone. After placing order, I saw 41 days processing time. I thought it was a joke, so I decided to wait for 3 days. Lo and behold they didn't ship! I sent messages to them, messages were unread and unreplied for another 3 days. I ended up cancelling order, seller refused to accept cancellation and left my cancellation pending. That was when I knew I was on a long thing! I started contacting AliExpress customer support, this took me another 3 days, I contacted 5 customer support agents in 3 days. It was the fifth one that took the matter up and contacted her manager. Manager contacted seller to free me and accept my cancellation (that was yesterday evening). Lo and behold they've accepted my cancellation this morning, and offered me a silly $5 coupon just incase I want to reorder. It was a very terrible experience. I will never go near umidigi in my life again! I'm expecting my refund within 7 days. I do not have luxury of time and patience for such silly deals. Good luck to others waiting for umidigi to ship.

I guess you bought it from unofficial store from AE..

I have so many encounter with them but I place my orders after series of authentication and satisfactory of the seller. At worst if the seller fail to respond to my ple, AE service agent have never failed me and my money will be refunded.

That's so nice of you bro. To be honest am elated with your kind gesture. Only thing on my mind is to get another phone like A5pro with just chikini money. I need to cut down budget to get myself running with something new I wanted to venture into come newly come next year. Such development need a bigger battery and a fast processor. A5pro will do that for me at the moment before I can be boyant enough to buy the next umidigi f3 but I don't know if oga lexusgs430 have something special he want to offer me.
