Of course there is a way you can contact them but before then, when was your interview? If it is less than four weeks ago or your enrolment/resumption is still far, then you don't need contact the Aliens Authourity in Germany yet. You only need to calm down.
but if reverse is the case then you can contact them.

so how do I contact them as my interview was close to six weeks ago and the state am heading to is cologne in germany. Awaiting your response ASAP on this

Excerpt from the reply I got yestaday.
"your blocked account confirmation has been received and forwarded to the Aliens Authority in Germany.
At the moment, we are still waiting for their consent which is necessary before we can issue a visa.
We will get back to you as soon as we receive their response and the processing can be finalized".
Guys is there anyway I could contact the Aliens Authority in Germany on this?
