Hi all,
I have a nissan maxima 2000 SE. Been showing "service engine soon" light for some weeks now.
Also the transmission has been acting funny lately. I had the AC compressor changed some weeks ago and in the process some ATF drained.
My mechanic topped the ATF up after which I noticed a drop in performance of the transmission. After investigation I realised he topped it which a wrong type of fluid (Type A). The can revs more shifting gear from 1 to 2 and 3. Atimes the car seem to be crawling.
