Red blinking - Bad news

Green blinking - Good news........ grin

All platforms charges spread fees (one way or another)........

Nothing like free lunch (but on the long/short term), your investments in cryptos, shares, index funds, etf's, forex etc etc......

Would pay you plenty more than conventional bank interests.......... cheesy
Hi lexus, I joined using your invite and I've funded but I'm a beginner in the world of investment. Does the green flashes indicate a good for buy or sell?i have copied a few but I'm also targeting some dipped shares now. What's your position on alibaba? Btw I'm in the field for the long haul so longterm investment.

I am trying to educate myself in every way. I've always been scared or maybe a bit too careful in staking my funds but the bull needs to be taken by the horn now!

Any reviews for living in Liverpool or Manchester? Kindly give those reviews
Manchester is a great place to live in and it's very multicultural. Houses are quite affordable depending on where you are staying and this can range from 700 pcm to 1500 for a standard two bed house . You may get something cheaper towards the north of the city but the south and central are a bit more expensive. In terms of job opportunities, Manchester is getting a bit saturated and competition is quite high but if you get an offer, it's all good. The city boasts of a robust transport system including the trams, buses and trains.

Having said these, Manchester is quite cold, a lot colder than London and it rains here like no other. In short, never leave your house without an umbrella because it rains all year round.
There are many Nigerian communities in Manchester, and you'll never starve of Nigerian food, they are abundant.
There are many attraction sites and if you're a football lover and a City or United fan, all the better. You'll be in the heart of your club.

The airport connects to most countries and the rail system is very effective as well.
If you do not want the rowdy life of London but still need somewhere upbeat, you cannot go wrong with Manchester.

I don't know much about Liverpool but the few times I've been there it seems like a nice place to live in, a lot smaller than Manchester but quite beautiful, the accent is a no no though.

I would tell you why I called it lottery......

Based on the person's visa conditions, earning potential is £0.00

They get a job paying £600.00, remain employed for 5 months (assuming visa conditions are not breached).

£600*5 = £3000* 470 = N1,500,000 (well almost)........ From earning potential of £0.00 to N1.5 Million........

Is this not assumed a lottery?
In addition to that £0 on rent, council tax, income tax, NI, feeding etc. It is indeed a jackpot! grin

Christianity EtcRe: When Last Did Your Pastor Preach About Issues On Family Values And Marriage? by Myati: 11:38am On Jan 07, 2018
New year's eve. My pastor endeavours to talk about this and practical Christian living almost every Sunday.

I don't know how bad it is in Nigeria, but sometimes I feel some people exaggerate prosperity messages they claim pastors preach about.

I can't remember the last time my pastor preached solely about prosperity.
As a matter of fact, one of the things he said about tithing last Sunday was that if you do not have a personal relationship with God, paying your tithe does not guarantee anything.

And it's RCCG.

Again, I’m surprised you couldn’t get a mortgage on a tier 2 visa.

.
I think mortgages are becoming quite difficult to get now.
As a matter of fact, some banks will not offer you a mortgage if you're not a citizen. That's not to say that few banks are still not offering to those on tier 2 visa.

At least, I know barclays offered to a friend who was on tier 2 visa last year.

Things have changed in the UK over the years. Back in the day when my mum got her mortgage, they were practically begged to get it - no deposits was required, the amount you get was not dependent on your earnings and it was so damn flexible!

You don't want to know how much people are earning here. There are things you wont find online. Your analysis is correct on paper, but in reality it's not!
Lol.. I'm here and know a lot about the NHS paye scheme than you think . Oh I know about locum rates, extra shifts and others.. My analysis is based on a base salary of 38k.

Your thread is interesting though. A different reality surfaces when you get a mortgage, have a vehicle, have a family etc... But it's a very good decision that you've started saving already and living below your means. (smart move I must say)

Doctors earn only £2,500 pcm? How are they expected to survive on that income and save £2K per month? It's practically impossible in London.
It's practically impossible anywhere unless ofcourse they are not spending a dime of their salary which is again unlikely .

If a doctor in the NHS earns 38k, which is about 3100 gross per month. His total deductions per month including pension ( which btw is a lot in the NHS) would be about 1100 and this is me being generous by the way. He/she is left with 2k then comes the bills.. So pray tell how the hell are they saving 2k a month.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Ever Gotten A Job As A Pregnant Woman? Lets Talk.. by Myati: 4:28pm On Dec 05, 2017
It does seem discriminatory but I can understand why they'll not be open to accepting you. There are many factors to consider here including how far gone you're , maternity leave proposal and benefits.
They'd feel they'd lose in the long run

I'd say that unless you're facing a lot of problems at your current place of work. Stick with it till your maternity leave is over so that you can get your maternity pay. Then look for a job after you put to bed.

Cuz another thing worth considering is that even if you eventually land a new job you may not get any payment during your mat leave depending on the policy of the company.
