Good day all the gurus here.

I have a question which is confusing to a friend.

She has a B1/B2 visa which she, her spouse & 2 children got mar h this year. They are yet to travel due to personal reasons.
Now, the wife is few months pregnant & she intends to deliver in the US, but the visa was for vacation. My question goes thus;
1. Is it advisable for her to first visit US, get registered to a hospital then comes back to Nigeria. When the due date approaches she travels again to the US to deliver?
2. Is it necessary to write the US embassy at Nigeria her intention of giving birth in the US even though when she got the visa she wasn't pregnant. Will that suffice to avoid any interrogation at POE?

Also, please advise what is best to do as she intends giving birth in the US despite visa validity running out.

Thanks
If you write the embassy in nigeria as a nigerian with your visa details..am 100% sure your visa will be cancel..but if you are a holder of another country passport and based outside of nigeria then option 2 is safe for you ..currently the usa embassy in nigeria is doing everything possible to limit the number of nigerians giving birth in usa and that why the current unreasonable excuse of discount issued by hospital to denial visa ..
What is b1/b2 visa ..it actual covers medical and tourist visit but as a nigerian the law is been applied differently
So the best option l can give you is go to the usa for holiday And book with a doctor but still be aware that on your second trip you can be allow in or refuse entry depend on the poe you pass amd the mood of the officer that day..i wish you safe journey and safe delivery

I applied for Dropbox for my son. And he was invited for interview today. The VO drilled down on my payments and receipt. She explained that for every receipt there should be an itemized bill because if you show a receipt payment for say $100, how would they know your bill was not $150 and you only paid $100 and received a receipt for just that amount you paid.

I used HNWMC for my last childbirth trip and I explained that I signed an agreement with the hospital stating that I would not be issued an itemized bill. She took it and made a copy.

She looked through all my receipts for my two birthing trips and kept typing and updating, she asked for clarifications in between.

She then asked to see my bank statement, which I gave her but refused to see my T-bills investment letter which had the bulk of all my savings.

She then said to me that I should always ask for a bill and THEN receipt for every medical treatment recieved - Dr, Hosp, per, lab etc. she stated that doesn’t have a problem with me having my births abroad but that I don’t have enough ties which is why she is refusing my son’s visa. That he rides on me to be eligible and I am not eligible (irony of life, considering I still have a valid visa). In all fairness, she looked sympathetic and took her time to update all my payment records on the system, Which she told me she had done.

She said that I can always reapply for my son but to wait for 6months and that was that.

Truth is that I kept an open mind about the interview. I think the VOs have a mandate to deny as many visas as possible. So many people I met had the same outcome and even people that have gone for interviews in recent time.
the VOs have a mandate to deny as many nigerians visas as possible.this fact the usa embassy will try to hide but it the raw truth for now!!

I don't see why the American Embassy would blame the applicant for a discount offered an American hospital. The American hospital is fully under the jurisdiction of the of the American government. They should fix whatever scam they feel the hospitals are perpetrating.

It is starting to feel like their hand nor fit touch those guys so na who their hand fit reach na e go suffer am. I have seen parents that were offended by a child and the child escaped the beating. The rest of the innocent kids were now the receipient of the beating: Kpai Kpai kpai all of you are the same as your brother. Kpai kpai kpai.

Unto what na?
This happen only to nigerians and nigerians alone in other part of the world where i have friends and i can confirm the american visa officer only ask for receipt and zero balance and no issue about discount offered by the hospital because of self paid but it so sad nigerians paying cash are treated differently with disrespect by the same American embassy claiming equality around the world with a different set of rules ..it shameful and a double standard!

The painfull part, she was acquitted after wasting years old
in prison, but they want her rearrested and hung. those lunatics have no power, good governance , or basic human rights but are protesting to kill an innocent woman. sad
What good has Muhammad brought to this world?"
Show me just what Muhammad brought that was new and there you will find things only evil and inhuman, such as his command to spread by the sword the faith he preached."

Good day everyone, I have a question concerning Police report. There was a time I traveled to China for a professional course from 2011-07-03 to 2011-12-15. I don't have police report with me. Is it necessary I try to get one before I enter the pool ?
Based on the period you stated which is less than 6 month ..you do not need a police cert.

You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence.
* you and your family members who are 18 years or older
* and
* every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
