i used to be a Makalele fan when he was at Madrid.
i just liked the sound of that name
i used to wear his jerseys a lot that a few guys niknamed me Mykalele
so when he left for Chelsea, i followed him there, and continued buying his Jerseys. yeah they were fake, but that name across my back made me proud.
it was later when i started watching him play, i discovered what the English League was like.
then i found out Babayaro was a Nigerian. i felt a link with the club.
i became a full fledged Chelsea fan in 2003.
