If it was a Nigerian company against the British government the judge would never give such an award of almost $10bn.

Mr. Man A contract isn't easily revoked. The person who signed it is dead. Goodluck decided not to pay the $850 Million to avoid suspicion. Oya answer why Buhari decided to fight a legal battle he knew he wasnt going to win?? And answer why didn't he stick to out of court settlement?

If Buhari had simply followed the out of court settlement and negotiated terms of payment with that company then we wouldn't be facing such huge debt issue

When the case was taken into court in 2013 and Nigeria government was fined $40b why did the Jonathan government not negotiate the fine until it became so so late in 2015 when he handed over power? He was so busy drinking and handed the Nigeria treasury to his baby Mama Alison
