If Buhari had simply followed the out of court settlement and negotiated terms of payment with that company then we wouldn't be facing such huge debt issue

You should have sincerely asked yourself. Why did PDP Yaadua/ Jonathan government entered into agreement in 2010 in the first place when they knew they would never honour the contractual obligations.? Let start from there first.
