i have tried making payment like 3 times with my atm card option, but it keeps showing transaction failed. now if i click on "make payment" on the login page, it will take me to another login page where i will click on "continue to make payment" after clicking that it will take me to the login page again, its like an endless loop.

I have tried another browser but same thing, this is very frustrating .

That's a server issue. There is a congestion on the payment gateway. Try and make payment during the off-peak hour.

Gud morning pals. I strtd my reg early dis morning and after fillin my email and secret question, I did not receive any info on d dashboard and not in also I'm my gmail box. pls help wot shld I do? thanks

Try and create your profile again. If you get a message that the email address has already been used, you can open a new email address to retry your profile creation on the portal.

Yesterday 19th 04 17, nysc portal opended. If tried to register after paying inthe bank. Network was messed up. My thumbprint was not going through to the next stage. After numerous trials, I gave up and decided to leave everything till 20th. Around 9pm on the 19th I received a call from the cafe guy telling. Me that he had used his fingerprints to. Continue with my reg. This was because he had the details to my nysc act. I was furious. And now I'm scared. How do I remedy this situation? Guys help out please.

Biometric capture can be reset. We solved an issue like that yesterday at my end yesterday. There is a reset tab on the NYSC Biometric capture interface. Tell the cafe guy to use it and clear off the previous fingerprint captured on your profile.

The bus is still in a great condition and has not been used on Nigeria road before.
