I beg to defer. You must have joined the bank as a contract staff, that was the mistake you made.

I have a friend that moved from access bank to Microsoft another one moved from gtb to Deloitte, both of them are IT expert, they joined as ET. Self development is very key, you cant be in a place for 10yrs without adding value to yourself and expect miracle to happen.

It's never too late bro. I wish you well in you next move.
