a 25 yrs old guy is a virgin nd wnt to stay till marriage. but d problem is that he is alwys having wast pain due to toomuch sperm on his wast . and since he was born hes not releas not even through dream or some kind of imagination .he is alwys sick due to d problem n d doctor told him d only solution is to have sex.n he don't wnt .pls solution .
