You can't expect landlords to collect rent monthly when it takes 6 months to evict

It's called self defence

There is a point where what you do stops being self defense and becomes aggravated assault.

You will be rightly jailed if you do.

Why? You are expected to stand your ground if one can to defend your property and safety so you can respond with violence or act violently if you believe you are in danger (you have to prove this) but when you have neutralized the person, you are expected to restrain the person or allow the person escapw and then stop all violent acts.

Raping the person means you have neutralized the person yet you continued an act of violence which is this case is rape and you will be arrested alongside the intruder

Nowhere is this does it say prostitution is illegal. Even in the penal code.

It only criminalizes procurement of humans which by common sense is illegal
