Doesn't work like that.

He will be governor whether he returns or not. If after sometime he is still absent, the house will impeach him and he won't be able to contest for 10 years

If you are Aworis, then you are more ijaw than Yoruba.

Aworis are not Yoruba and they are the aborigines of Lagos . You are also a true lagosian but Tinubu isn't.. let us tell ourselves the truth
You will tell a descendant of Efunronye Tinubu that he isn't from Lagos. This is why I don't take these talks seriously.

It is like saying Wale Tinubu is not from Lagos.

His mother, Abibatu was the Iyaloja for the late Oba Dosumu since 1951 (this was before Bola Tinubu even entered the political scene ooo)

His mother succeeded Alimotu Pelewura, an Awori woman.

Reacting, the APC Director Publicity, Bala Ibrahim dismissed allegations of engaging in early political campaigns, insisting that both President Tinubu and the party remain committed to upholding the rule of law.
[/b]
He stated, “What has our party and the President done to warrant any sanction? And what is the meaning of early campaign? I don’t really understand what they are talking about. We cannot be a responsible party and at the same time be engaged in acts that are against the directives of INEC.

The Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, speaking through his former campaign spokesman, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, dismissed INEC’s capacity to enforce the threat.

Obi further alleged that INEC depends on ruling parties for survival, describing the commission’s threats as “a thief calling somebody an armed robber.”

However, Labour Party’s National Legal Adviser, Kehinde Edun, backed the commission, saying the law allows it to punish violators.

..i have just adviced you to desist from being partisan as a Mod..& employ every sense of Objectivity in your position as a Mod..

..yes PO won the elections..you are using the compromised judiciary under your messiah to lie against PO.. grin grin

..the compromised judiciary under Tilumbu has become your excuse & fortress.. grin grin

grin grin grin
Simple question or comment you are diverting.

Remain focused. If Peter Obi claimed he won the election how come he didn't say that in court?

Wasn't that where it mattered most?

Of course i know Peter Obi won that presidential election but was remorselessly and ruthlessly rigged into 3rd position! Ever wondered why Tinubu e-thugs have Peter Obi on their bigoted insecure minds 24/7?
The late MKO Abiola until his death stood his. Ground that he won the 1993 elections.

Obi has never claimed to have won the 2023 election. Even when he went to court, he never put it in his claims at the tribunal.

How then is it that his supporters allowed themselves to be gaslit into this?

Konquest:
The classic term "Lagosian" is historically ONLY used to refer to the indigenes of Lagos Island alone. "If you're NOT an indigene of Lagos Island, then you are NOT a Lagosian."
I have archival materials, maps and magazines published BEFORE the creation of Lagos State on May 27, 1967, (as part of the 12 new States by General Yakubu Gowon), showing CLEARLY that "Lagosian" is ONLY used to reference indigenes of "Lagos Island!"

The Ijebu indigenes of the 3 Ijebu LGAs of Ikorodu, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, the Badagry indigenes or the other 17 LGAs of Lagos State that are Awori-dominated are NOT "Lagosians" BUT simply "INDIGENES" of Lagos State.
These days, you will find uninformed people [who are NOT even Yorubas BUT ONLY Lagos residents] wrongly calling themselves "Lagosians" and some of the new generation journalists and media outlets are responsible for this disinformation.
This is hilarious.

Not exactly. What you have seen his a transliteration of the term "omo Isale Eko" which means an indigene of Lagos island into Lagosian. Only those from Lagos Island are "Omo Eko" where Eko in this instance refers to the islands etc.

The issue is that people started refering Eko to English hence it isn't difficult to here people saying "I am going to Eko" to mean "I am going to Lagos". But when in Lagos state, "I am going to Eko" means Lagos island and ends there.

Lagosians refers to the peoole of the entire state same way Anambarians refers to everyone in Anambra including the Igala minority.

The Aworis cannot say they are "omo eko" and the Eguns cannot say they are "omo eko" but they are ALL Lagosians
