I am having issues when I get to the stage where I will choose state of origin, once I select the state it will just hang with any response. I have been on it for several hours. I will go back and start again and once I get there I will be stuck. Please can anyone assist with this issue?

The bearer should kindly ignore and fill "No number" (Your school name) rather than establishing what might implicate u in future...

What is required is ur certificate number which is glaringly and strongly different from Matric number.

Pls, it will be better to be properly guided than being emptied into nothingness.


It is not every school that has certificate numbers on their certificates.... for example, UI has both Matric number and Certificate number on her certificate. So why is Agency not requesting for your Matric numbers but rather your certificate numbers?

Kindly make a thorough confirmation about the NYSC certificate number. NYSC/EDO/2012/.... I believe is the correct one because is the number that carries all your identity as a graduate. The year you finished your NYSC, The State you served, and also your candidate number. I use to get a positive response from any federal agencies i applied to.

A friend just called me. She didn't photocopy her medical fitness certificate, she only photocopied all her credentials,but she took the fitness certificate along with her and they saw it and she was screened successfully.
She is asking if its a big deal,so she can go back and beg them to put it on the file.
