Thats not true, i have a plot at trans ekulu or rather Nike Lake road for N600K. Coming from trans ekulu, you take the turning just after the petrol station on the way to Nike lake hotel. it is far inside but there are houses where people are living less than 1km to the land. According to the owner of the land, there is another road to the land which is closer to Timber shed, but its not tarred yet and bad.

I also have another land after Nike Lake, its the turning opposite Enugu East LG, about 3min drive inside for just 450K. Enugu state housing corporation is also selling 2bedroom flats for N3,500,000. You can pay instalmentally and get allocation when you finish paying. But really, its Government owned so no worries. We can represent you as we have our way around and get our commission.

Please was wondering if you can help do a book cover. its a childrens book - primary 3-4 story book called 'Why cocks crow at Dawn' i want something really texturized deep colours that will attract children. The issue here is the picture of a cock crowing with the background being sunrise - dawn. I think you can use any cock pic really just want your perfect design of the name of the book and the background sunrise.

Have you seen the Mama Mia film? My kids are always thrilled to hear anything mama or moma or anything mia. (on the lighter mood). Do you know osogbo well? If you take the turning opposite aregbe beside first bank, drive for 20sec, you'll get to a small bridge take the next turning to the left like you're going to "Our Club". Now instead of turning to "Our Club" you'll go straight the house is the 2nd house on the right. If you like, i can arrange a sighting.

Osogbo is the safest place in Nigeria. The area is quite safe, there is also a vigilante group that we pay monthly. Anyone who dares steal in osogbo is in for a bad day. i left some tiles outside for a long time and really still there when a came back.

Yes its a bungalow, its actually a twin bungalow, yes there is a well, water runs from the water corporation about 4times in the week and regularly. I use the other bungalow whenever am in osogbo. Light in the area is also fairly regular. I know PHCN takes light about 7pm in the evening and brings it by 9pm on wednesdays, friday and mondays thats three times in a week but really am not PHCN so they can decide to change this pattern and i think they do from time to time, but basically they take light 3times in a week in the evenings.

This is a newly renovated 3bedroom house in a good area close to Aregbe area with tiles in the kitchen, sitting room and toilet and bathroom. The electricity is fairly stable and water run from the water corporation. It is fenced and can park three cars. It is also newly painted. All these for just N150,000. You will be dealing with the landlord directly and no agency fee. Pls call for more info

Am not from osun state but i love the state. When i have enough money am going to have my industries there because the electricity is just fabulous. We have days on without light going off especially in oroki estate.

Back to your question, really depends on where you wanna live really. My house in oroki estate is 300/annum, and you have areas as low as even 45k/annum for a 3bedroom flat. however in a good area where you have constant light and water, you will get a 3 bedroom flat for N120 - N150k. if you need one i can help you. email:expressionstech@yahoo.com
