The spurs handed it to the hornets tonight. The game was much closer than the score indicates. Although, I must say, I saw it coming. I knew the spurs would function as a unit for at least one game in the series, and as it turns out, they fed off the energy from their home crowd (which had the sbc center buzzing) and made it count. The Hornets must be careful now not to lose momentum. If the Spurs win game 2 they can carry that momentum into New-Orleans. With their confidence riding high, they'll feel they have a shot at winning the series, but I'm sure Byron Scott and Chris Paul can take care of that. Lebron James continues his woeful shooting against the Celtics. They keep throwing several defenders at him. The Cavs unit isn't that great. They're a one-man team, and the celtics know that if they pester James they can control the series. It's certainly worked and it looks like they'll take care of the cavs in ~ 4-5 games. Go Lakers! |

bawomolo:x2+x-20 = (x+5)(x-4) lnA - lnB = ln A/B ln[(x+5)(x-4)/(x+5)] = 1 ln(x-4) = 1 eln(x-4) = e (x-4) = e x = e+4 |
Oh why oh why must you hiss at me for picking on your little sister? I'm sorry she lacks home training and needs to be dealt with. The mentally unstable vagrant needs a lesson or two on coherence. She wanted to fight for you, she wanted to stand up to me, but she must have forgotten that she's a quadriplegic going up against a gentle giant. Not only was her post filled with teenage junk, it was almost impossible to comprehend. For an honors student, I must say, you're a disgrace SeanT. |

ebaneo:I beg to differ. For the second one, expansion using pascal's triangle would just make things more complicated than they should be. Chain rule is enough to differentiate that function. |
j-girl:For some reason the lakers are playing in sync. The chemistry on the court is excellent, Kobe's playing like Jordan, Pau Gasol is beasting up the paint, Derek Fisher is consistent, Lamar Odom is actually playing good, and everything seems to be falling in place. The Hornets will be @ the spurs tomorrow and I'm sure that will be a great game. If they win the Spurs are dead, but if they lose . . . there might be a change of momentum. |
SeanT21: Listen to me young git, you're seriously embarassing yourself with your word-choice. Boasting about being an honors student here is not holding any merit. Your writing is atrocious. You should consider enrolling in an ESL class in the near future. And, please for the love of gawd stop addressing me. |
Your response, by far, is the most outdated garbage that could possibly be written. I think I'll just go ahead and treat you like my little nephews by ignoring your little blubber. look at this rotten negligible 17-year-old daft teenie bopper calling me baby . . . arrant nonsense, just who do you think I am? how dare you mistake me for your uncle. j-girl:I'm hanging in there. |
Solve these: A man walked for 5 hours, first along a level road, then up a hill, and then he turned around and walked back to the starting point along the same path. He walks 4 mph on the level, 3 mph uphill, and 6 mph downhill. Find the distance he walked. Uptown is 20 miles frm Ekene's home in Ajegunle. He Drives 60 mph going to a meeting (he is almost late) but coming home the weather is bad and drives 30 mph. What is his average speed for the time he is on the road? |
That's incorrect. You lost one solution. Check very well and you will see why. ln x + ln(2x + 1) = 0 In fact, this is a good reason why checking your solution is important. According to you, x = -1 . . . checking x = -1 ln (-1 ) is undefined. |
hey hey now don't forget the mavs were already limping before you injured them -- that's like a warrior boasting about beating up a paralyzed man. . . . . and . . . there's no price for second place, but I will say this: your hornets are one heck of a team, and I want to congratulate them, and especially chris paul, david west, and byron scott for turning the franchise around. I hope they play the lakers in the WCF beceause it will be one heck of a good series. how ya been by the way. . . longest time. . . |
j-girl:Whooptie doo, just your opinion, yet you're trying to pass it off as a statement of fact. If your hornets are lucky enough to get past the spurs, consider them owned by the lakers. |
j-girl:How detrimental a point since you know so well? Oh wise one please enlighten me. I'm about as much a kobe fan as you are a hornets fan. Oh, and I already told you who I am -- quit being silly. |
JeSoul:At least this teenager doesn't clamor vociferously online seeking to come off as more important than he is. You're just sore from the bitter fact which you're still yet to dispute -- Kobe could careless about your relentless vendetta with his game play. It's obvious I have about as much time on my hands as you do, so, with that said, your ad-hominem really makes no sense. |
j-girl:Congratulations! Contradiction of the day. My post is pointless yet you took the time out to address it. Foremost, it wasn't addressed to you, and you still haven't refuted the fact that Kobe could careless what some faceless Nigerian masquerades think about him. I can't wait until the lakers play the hornets in the WCF so we can spank that a$$; assuming they get past the Spurs of course. Call me kobe, and this is my temp id. Oh, I'm not your sis/bro. If you're a KLF you're welcome to join the Kobe Lovers Fan club, if not, continue sipping on that haterade and relegate yourself to the KHL. Who watches hockey here? How about them sharks last night. . . . . they gave it all they had (4OT). |

There's no need to find X, because it is most likely that your coefficients A and B will be valid for all X. |
Find A and B such that COS(100X-45degrees) = ACOS(100X) + BSIN(100X) |
JeSoul:Well, for one, you can't just randomly ask a complete stranger to trust you. Secondly, you don't need to like Kobe Bryant. Just who are you? The guy doesn't even care or know that you exist, let alone be bothered about your impression of him. Get a grip sistah patterson, |
4 Him:Yes, that's correct. (5+2i)(-3-5i) = -3(5+2i)-5(5+2i) = -15-6i-25i-10i2 keep in mind i2 = -1 -simplifies to -5-31i |
tRoOE:I miss this thread. I was banned by Seun for my expressing my heterodox views on his forum. Find an explicit formula for the squence defined by a1=3, an=3an-1+1. I take it this is an arithmetic sequence that abides by the formula an = a1+ (n-1)d, where d is the common difference between two consecutive terms. Given: a1 = 3, and an=3an-1+1 Find a2 a2 = 3a1 + 1 a2 = 3(3) + 1 = 10 d = a2 - a1 = 10 - 3 = 7 Therefore, an = an = a1+ (n-1)d = 3 + (n-1)7 = 7n-4 |

he forgot to remind himself that the kobe he so fiercely fights for is also completely unaware of his existence
