We are submerged in flood. What we need now is good drainage system to channel flood water to Main Rumuigbo/Mgbuoba/NTA road drainage.This area has been neglected for a over a decade now.Please see the attached pictures of the area as it is now

Biafra struggle and protest is legitimate. if you say that Kanu is a terrorist like the DSS alleged, show me any evidence of terror he has done against the Nigerian state. A terrorist doesn't announce his real identity, he doesn't disclose his location, his place of birth,his native home land and show up himself on TV for physical identification. I think Nigerian Government has got it wrong in this case. This man is simply asking for the freedom of his people,To go back to their original ancestral home before the forceful marriage of the country. These people are,fine, we were forced in the union and now the agreement has expired,please allow us to be the way we were before.We want to posses what naturally belongs to us. We want to go back the way we were organised indigenously and develop ourselves and practice our indigenous religion,culture and other ways of life and social advancement. There is absolutely nothing wrong in this case. The Nigerian Government should just for the seek of peace free the guy.

Governor Wike! Please remember us in this dry season. The residents of Barber's street,Ogologo & Jesus Avenue. We sincerely need your intervention concerning the very bad state of the roads here. Urgent drainage system is needed. May God be with you always.

I am using this platform to humbly appeal to our Governor,Nyesom Wike of Rivers State to as a matter of urgency to come the aid of the people living around Rumuigbo new lay out by Barber's street linking Ogologo and Jesus Avenue. As part of his ongoing massive road construction in the state especially at this dry season. We have suffered a lot since 1999 till date no government or NDDC has thought it wise to do something in this area. What these areas needs most is good drainage system(deep enough - 1.2x1.5m) either subsurface or surface to be able to accumulate the volume of flood water that is always associated with rain fall during the season. These drainages can be channelled to the natural canals along NTA/Mgbuoba road or alternatively connected to the NTA road drainage. If this is done, 80% of the problem we are facing here would have been solved as we can manage with state of the road because we are used to it and it is better to have the drainages than to have road with no good drainage to channel the flood waters.
Our able Governor, please we appeal to you to kindly help us as you are presently working on other roads.And God shall continue to bless you and we stand by you always.

Wike please with human heart do something about Barber's & Ogologo street linking Rumuyigbo to NTA road. These area are in dear need of solid deep drainage system. If done, the flood waters around these area during raining season will be channelled to Rumuigbo drainage and empety into NTA drain for evacuation. These area of town in Rumuigbo has remained unattended to since 1999 till date.And one begin to wonder if these area are part of port Harcourt.Hardship during the raining seasons in these areas are unbearable.

There is nothing wrong in him taking the S/E slot.We are brothers if not politics and this has been the major issue hindering the unity of SE and SS.Culturally,Religiously and any other thing you can think about.Let's give him the needed support that he deserves.He is our close and next door brother.
