This so true had same ish with my husband my agent advise we go seperate cause going together reduce my chance and dependent visa is 100% sure I refused and insisted we go together, we had to drop the agent along the line and apply on our own . Hello house need your advise , my sister just applied for her visa, she is on school scholarship for PHD program she made a mistake in her application, where she picked commonwealth scholarship instead of school scholarship. Her case officer replied starring invalid application stating she stated the wrong scholarship is she to start a fresh application or continue the old one and fill a new form we quite confused now. Thank you

Visa grant with husband as dependent didn’t use an agent after lots of discouragement. We took the bold step of faith. Didn’t apply with d agent who help get d admission applied on our own I made my sop detail expressing myself as much as I could . Financial statement was above 15million.with two children and tie to home country and also returning to family business as a returns for the amount a.m. sending. Came as a shock am so happy . Plus don’t lie in anyways and didn’t contact the embassy before the grant to avoid looking desperate

Hello guys need urgent help . Abt to apply for my visa, and am intending to go with my spouse . Have paid my fee and OSHC for myself Nd my hussby. Earlier the school (western Sydney ) advice we use agent(Goajo) it’s been going well up until Friday when we were meant to apply . His being talking abt incentive and we av two kid that Wud be staying back (though his not the biological father of one ) and he works in my mums school as an administrator and my mum has given letter of absence nd all and she is sponsoring us too . We av abt 30 million in her personal SOA and she is also dropping her corporate account . Like I said earlier my agent took another turn on us on Friday saying we can’t go together cause it’s not easy convincing d case officer abt how genuine. Our intent on returning is cause we going together , he even suggested I go first and he comes with visiting visa and change to dependent when he joins me . Not comfortable abt the whole thing anymore feel his out to make it look difficult for us pls need advice from people who has been through this or have traveled with Der spouse pls need to apply on Thursday need advice on how to go abt it
