I'll give INEOS Group credit for the bolded. They signed the players ETH wanted and got rid of Awb, Scooby Doo, Greenwood, Sancho, Varane, and others who weren't working out.

ETH just didn't have a defined pattern of play. He left his Ajax magic at Ajax and collapsed at Man Utd.

He oversaw ridiculous player rotations, shocking substitutions, poor pressing, rubbish off-the-ball play, and other abysmal tactics.

Many of those players are lazy and clueless and should be quickly sold, but ETH was terrible. The damage he has done is immense.

Yet, people are moaning about that penalty rather than calling for ETH's head (sacking). It's like some Man Utd fans don't think the club can be relegated. Reality will hit like a category 5 storm. Hehe!

My problem is with the decision. If you observe well, you will notice that the referee wasn't entirely in agreement that it should be a penalty, you can tell from his demeanor after he watching the clip repeatedly on the VAR screen. But because VAR had already called his attention to it, he had no choice but to give it, since VAR believes it should be a penalty.

The reason I don't support these kind of decisions is that it will go around and everybody will be affected if left unchecked.

If Man Utd had buried their chances in the 1st half, this poor decision won't be an issue. Man Utd is a poor team, but some people will make the game all about that penalty - instead of ETH's foolishness.
