I sent money to the person in UK, he then used his card to pay.
All other tries were with different cards in Nigeria.

I guess the payment is successful now, right?

No, not yet. That's what I intend doing so I am trying to start the application all over as I have exceeded the 5times declined transaction. Thank you.

Hello sis.. Please let me know once you've been able to resolve it. The owner of the card is in the UK. When she reached to the bank, she was told that all the payments that declined did not reach them.. It's really frustrating.

Hello everyone, I have been having issues paying IHS fee for my last daughter. I was able to pay for everyone else(4 of us) using my GTB dollar card but hers kept on declining. I have reached out to the bank severally but they kept saying the error isn't from them. Please has anyone else experienced this and how were you able to solve it? It's quite tiring and exhausting! Please help!
