He actually has side hustles, he just does this as a hobby and my mum has her business too.

Actually yes, I wouldn't mind donating my organs too. When they are done, they can cremate the remains.

We have a coconut tree in our compound and whenever my dad trims the fronds he uses it to make baskets. He is retired bdw.

It's different rules for different people here. I've long understood I don't have the freedom to post some things with this moniker. Don't know why I feel like this will be one of those old movies that's hyped as really scary or disturbing and then I end up watching and it's prime shïte or it pales compared to the exaggeration.

I've downloaded this some years now alongside The Exorcist. Watched Exorcist few days ago and I'm angry how hyped up the film is.

Also I'm surprised how the b0t allowed you post this poster. Been trying to post similar stuff lately only to get b@n#ed.

I actually went to Reddit to have more insight on what the movie might mean and some people were like they found it boring or too over the top. To me, it was a trip watching it, though there were actually a lot of moments that I was like wth is going on. I am still yet to watch "The exorcist" even though it's on my list. I will try to watch it and see if it's any good.

I just finished watching "Possession". It's a really disturbing movie and I enjoyed it. Isabelle Adjani's acting was terrific as well as Sam Neill.
What was Andrzej Zulawski even thinking when he made the movie?

Yeah, there was a remake but many people hated it. I'm not bothering myself watching it.

I'm just watching the original and waiting for Mike Flanagan's version— he's always been the undisputed best Stephen King adaptation filmmaker.

I guess I am going to watch Mike Flanagan's version then.

If the US comes under the guise of saving Christians from Muslims instead of securing Nigeria as a whole and starts bombing Muslims to the exclusion of Christians, the Country will have a religious war on its hands

Northern Nigeria lies along the Sahel and the Sahel is awash with arms and armed groups. In the event of an explicit religious war against Muslims that Trump and Nigerians are parroting,(1) there'll be a flood of arms into the region, (2) there'll be an influx of many sahelian religious armed groups into the region, (3) pariah groups like Boko Haram and their likes will gain legitimacy among Muslims because they'll present themselves as defenders of the people etc

The Christians that Trump will supposedly send the troops to save will become actual targets in the eyes of many, who would have witnessed US bombs and soldiers killing their families and people in their name and so the genocide claim might actually become true and it'll be so while the US saviours are present

Much of Niger Republic is just an extension of Northern Nigeria and the Nigeriens whether overtly or covertly are likely to get involved, Chad may also, other Muslim countries may clandestinely provide support. Likewise, alot of Nigerian military personnel are Northerners who'll join the battle against the murderous US forces. For anyone to understand the significance of the North and Nigeria's military, alot of homes all across the North, whether poor or affluent, have sons and daughters serving or that have served in the military. The military culture in the North runs deep and so you'll have that being added into the mix

The reality is that, unless the US comes through the front door via co-operation and support, to carryout missions in conjunction with the Nigerian military, a unilateral war with the stated aim of defending Christians that leads to the targeting of and mass killings of Muslims who have nothing to do with banditry or any armed groups and are just daily trying to survive will lead to disastrous consequences. I believe it'll lead to a civil war much bloodier than the first because it'll be religious in nature

If that happens, a lot of the fools cheering for the US to come kill Muslims on this forum and beyond will likely be dead when all is said and done and the US would have done nothing but made a bad situation a lot worse for Nigerians, while they'd have secured the country's resources for themselves

I think both of us are trying to drive across the same point.

This has been catching dust in my watchlist for some years now. I'm planning to watch it just in time before the new adaptation TV series from Mike Flanagan releases next year.

It is really good. I saw online that there was a 2013 remake but I don't think I am going to watch that.

I watched Carrie yesterday and I loved it. I didn't feel sorry for any of her victims except maybe Tommy and Miss Collins. 7/10.

Some people on Twitter have every right to complain and accept US pressure or sanctions on the government. Especially when they see some Muslims calling for jihad against Christians in Nigeria. No right thinking Nigerian Muslim should be against US pressure or sanctions to get rid of islamic terrorist in Nigeria.

Dude nobody wants these terrorists to be alive but compromising Nigeria's sovereignty is not the solution. Knowing the pattern of US "saving" the oppressed citizens of certain countries and leaving them worse off, we ought to be skeptical. An ideal situation would have been a partnership of the US army with the Nigerian army while providing weapons and Intelligence.

Our leaders have since been using the divide and rule strategy that the British colonial government handed to them. This same plot is what USA is using, it's the same old plot being used. If Nigeria was homogeneous, we might not have this many problems. To achieve unity at this point seems so unattainable to me.

Patriotism can only exist when there is Nationalism. Nationalism can only exists when there is an acceptable plan to move forward.
The Nigerian leadership has no plan to move forward, that's the simple truth. Political settings are purely looting sprees.

There can't be nationalism in today's Nigeria, we are way too divided to fight a common enemy together. Leadership and followership in Nigeria are also both flawed.

I have been going through twitter and honestly a lot of Nigerians have given up hope on this country but it is ridiculous the way people are thinking that the United States of America wants to come and rescue them. Like their bombs and bullets don't discriminate, they will end up justifying their actions at the end of the day and a lot of people who supported this will just be tagged collateral damage. Nigeria is genuinely cooked as a country with the kind of leaders and citizens we have.

Lastly I watched "His house" today. I mainly watched it because of Wùnmi Mosaku and also the fact that it is a black horror movie with like a black director, black actors and the black refugee experience with African supernatural themes in it. It's a solid horror movie too, it also gets you emotional. Definitely an 8/10.

I also watched "Sorry baby" today. I like that it focused on how hellish the academia life can be. Good acting all round and the comedy was great. I caught myself laughing at some of Agnes's and Lydie's antics even though I really felt sorry for Agnes.

I finished watching "3 women" this morning. It's kind of in the drama genre but then it also felt like surrealism to me. I like that in the end the 3 women did away with that slimy character Edgar. I loved the whole movie especially the aesthetic. 8/10.

The fact that the UAE is backing RSF in Sudan should signal to everyone that the ongoing killings in Sudan is stamped and approved of by the USA. Any client state of the great superpower can do as they wish and no one will bat an eye. Same thing happened when Saudi Arabia ravaged Yemen. Till now, Yemen is still in the throes of poverty and devastation. Any one studying this can link it to the ongoing genocide in Gaza by Israel. As long as the killings benefits the empire or its cronies they are going to support it till the end.

I finally watched, "The shining". 8/10, I really loved Shelley Duvall in this and because of her I am currently watching "3 women". I was kinda mad that Mr Halloran had to die though, like why? He didn't even die in the book.
