spend their money to
protect their

For a healthy life,we
have to take care of
our health of body.
Some health problems due to age, gender
and genetic factors can occur.If these factors
are not effective,we should regard our body
as a whole and take care of it head to toe.It’s
all in our hands to be live healthy and be
happy.Healtier we become,happier we get.
Now lets see the points that we should pay
attention to live healthy:
1-Stay away from cigarettes and
alcohol.According to the World Health
Organization,in many countries observed lung
cancer and that disease is only one of the
fatal consequences that smoking causes.
* Carbon monoxide, nicotine and harmful
substances like tar which is found in tobacco,
causes in first place lung cancer and
respiratory diseases such as bronchitis and
amfizeme. Smoking each cigarette takes you
one step closer to cancer.Smokers have a
bigger potential of catching an infection that
their lungs have a weak defense system.
*When it comes to damages of Alcohol, it
damages both the physical health of the
person and mental health.Alcoholics suffer
financial losses. They have problems with
their family and friends. This influences
community structure and peace negatively.
Encourages crime and increases crimerates.
So,damages of alcohol can be considered
from different angles like physical and mental
damage, damage to society, negative
influence on family, increasing crime
rates,traffic accidents.For this reason, alcohol
is the main source of all evil.
2-Eat healthly:Stay away from sugar,flour and
salt.Eat mainly fruit and vegetable.Often and
little by little you can eat.
Nowadays as most of the people head for
fastfood;consumption of health food such as
fruit and vegetable,decreased.This has led to
obesity.As a result, excessive weight gain
causes every kind of diesases,especially heart
attack.
3-Sport and do exercise:do the following:
Move and do a 20-minute exercise at home
every day, do at least 30 minutes of brisk
walking. In sport, the most important thing is
continuity.
4-Reduce Stress:Stress causes heart
palpitation,chest pain, high blood
pressure,losing appetite or overeating,
indigestion,ulcers, gastritis,lacking of appetite
for sex,diabetes,hipertroid,hives, eczema and
many other stress-related skin diseases,
muscles harden connected diseases, arthritis,
migraines and severe headaches.
For this reason, to protect ourselves from the
damages of stress and excessive stress,we
must live a life as quiet as possible.
5-Reduce saturated/trans fat: Saturated and
trans fat exist largely in take-home
foods,increases the risk of high colestrol and
high blood pressure which causes heart
disease and apoplexy.
