Health / Re: How We Can Improve Naija's Health Sector! by NAIJAHEALTH: 5:59pm On Nov 01, 2016
One of the major problem for Nigeria in the back role in achieving the millennium development goals (MDGs) especially health-related goals is the lack of strengthening public-private partnership. It is preposterous and clearly unattainable for a country like Nigeria to compete speak less of achieving the MDGs. Although most sub-Saharan countries never saw MDG 8 as an opportunity to achieve MDG one to seven or should we say they were not resources or opportunities or even lack of planning from both United Nation development group and sub-Saharan countries? Nigeria with its wobble health system and governance is still battling in achieving the health related MDGs. This staggering health system even governance is as a result of no available and utilization of evidence for planning, implementation and policy decision despite the fact that Nigeria configured its distribution of governmental healthcare services as a chain of command – from smaller hospital/clinic to the preponderant hospitals with referral link between both. In public administration theories, this form of health care service administration should produce a consolidated and quality health care, however this has been the other way round in Nigeria’s healthcare. Again this is due to the lack of unclouded responsibility or role for private health related organization and also the health providers do not work in the unproven or no evidence plans of the health policy makers.

NAIJAHEALTH NAIJAHEALTH NAIJAHEALTH HEALTH CARE SYSTEM NEED FOR PREVENTIVE HEALTHCARE NIGERIA

It is with no doubt that utmost healthcare services in Nigeria is executed by the private sector. Now let’s take a breath to answer the following questions critically: Why do Nigerians prefer to receive health services from these private sector? What contribution of resources does the government compliment these health sector? Is the Nigerian government devoid of constitutional will in achieving quality and accessible healthcare for all Nigerians? Is there a coalition or interference occurrence between this private sector and the government?

Although, asides the PPP in healthcare, Nigeria need to work effortlessly in the preventive healthcare of the country, universal healthcare especially to those who are really in need of healthcare services and can not afford it.

Not to talk much about the inbcapable responsiveness of the health system in Nigeria.

HOW TO PREVENT HAIR LOSS
Developing countries including Nigeria is associated with deficiencies of minerals and vitamins.
Before giving recommendations of supplement that prevent your hair loss; You have to be good to your hair and it gives you back the beauty or good look you desire.
Too much shampooing, heat-fueled styling, and chemical products weakens hair and cause it to break off. And beware of the hairbrush too—excessive use can also result in increased shedding.
Now to begin, DO YOU KNOW THAT the easiest method to support your nutrition and health would be to use a broad mineral and multivitamin supplement giving you a wide range of nutrients.
How vitamins and dietary supplements are stored can have an effect on the quality. High humidity found in bathrooms as well as kitchens may be degrading the vitamins and dietary supplements kept in those rooms, whether or not the lids are on tight, research has shown.
Crystalline substances, such as vitamin C, some forms of vitamin B and other nutritional supplements, are susceptible to a process known as deliquescence, whereby humidity results in a water-soluble solid to dissolve. Storing those supplements far away from warm, humid environments will help ensure their effectiveness.[2]
Adequate intake of B complex vitamins such as biotin, niacin, cobalamin and pantothenic acid are essential for healthy hair and skin.
*(Vitamin B7) Biotin
*(Vitamin B5) Pantothenic Acid
*Vitamin D
*Vitamin B12
These above mentioned vitamins help in strengthening your hair and prevent it lost. Read more https://www.facebook.com/NAIJAHEALTH811/
