While there are several many job interview questions on the internet, it is important to know that different companies can ask you different interview questions based on their organizational goals and the job requirement.

What will you do when you come face to face with these questions? Will you face them all? We pray no interviewer would be that cruel ask you all 100 possible questions, but It will serve you well to be ready even if you’re not asked these exact questions at the end of the day.

As an applicant preparing for a job interview, it is always helpful to be ready for anything. To you abreast and ready for any kind of job interview, we have prepared a list of 100 common job interview questions for you to practice with. Although their answers may not be here. We believe that having a prior knowledge of what kind of questions to expect from a prospective employer will help you prepare better. Its like see the questions to an exam before the exam day smiley Although some persons may still fail, even after seeing these job interview questions before their interview date! the reason is not so far fetch as other factors may be used to rate your success. eg: Your Composure, your language and communication skills, your mode of dressing etc. So knowing all 100 interview questions may not gurantee you 100% score after all, but they are indeed worth knowing. Basic Interview Questions:

Tell me about yourself.
Why do you want this job?
What are your strengths?
What are your weaknesses?
Where would you like to be in your career five years from now?
What’s your ideal company?
What attracted you to this company?

When were you most satisfied in your job?
What can you do for us that other candidates can’t?

Behavioral Interview Questions:

What was the last project you headed up, and what was its outcome?
Give me an example of a time that you felt you went above and beyond the call of duty at work.
Can you describe a time when your work was criticized?
Have you ever been on a team where someone was not pulling their own weight? How did you handle it?
Tell me about a time when you had to give someone difficult feedback. How did you handle it?
What is your greatest failure, and what did you learn from it?

Checkout how this American guy answered all questions on who wants to be a Millionaire (American version) with using any of his lifeline...



The video which was uploaded on facebook by ADDIKTION depicts a talented American who answered all 15 questions on who wants to be a millionaire game show without using any of his 3 lifelines...but then of course, he did used one tho! That was for the 1 million dollar question (the very last question) but how he used it was what thrilled everybody including me.

He answered the question like he was a boss! He used the "PHONE A FRIEND" Lifeline, called his Dad with it and told his Dad that he has just won the 1 Million dollar and that he was calling him not necessarily to help him answer the question but to tell him he's now a MILLIONAIRE!
