i want to believe you already have the stations to be transmitted received.! "paraphrasingly"; you need a number of decoder equivalent to the number of channels to be rebroadcast, at least,modulator(S), a transmitter ,with a capacity, depending on your intended coverage. your coverage is important other things might necessary , i.e , obtaining a license. these are basics. and am of the opinion u are considering wireless.

how do i do about getting the licence? i dont have stations yet, how much do u think will cost me for the licence?
